WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT?

- A warm, friendly greeting from Theresa the moment you walk in.
- A tour of what hopefully will become your new dental home away from home.
- A 1.5-hour one-on-one appointment with Dr. Harnish, so he understands what’s most important to you and what options interest you.
Next, you’ll receive a comprehensive (or whole-health) exam to analyze the condition of your dental structure, biology, function, and esthetic harmony.
Based on your needs, this personalized exam will include a muscle and TMJ exam to identify any pain points, a bite exam to check for instabilities, a gum tissue exam, and a thorough exam of the teeth to check for any decay.
We take a session of HD photos and review them on a big interactive screen, where you can share with us the areas that are of concern to you. We will share areas that may be of concern down the road.
After talking about the practical solutions available for reaching your goals and preventing future concerns, we will print out four photographs of specific areas of your smile that you can improve.
You get to take home photos of your smile and practical options visualized on the screen for improving it and preventing your smile from needing to be fixed later on.
We’re known for being overachievers. You’ll get a complimentary welcome bag with a water bottle, Chapstick, and a surprise gift to take home.
You will also receive another nice surprise in the mail to help explain and illustrate your smile options with your family or spouse.
