Theresa has been with the practice since 2001; she is the first person patients meet, either on the phone or in person, as they enter the practice. She takes great joy in welcoming patients and is here to help with scheduling appointments and assist in understanding the financial options available. Since she handles all insurance matters for the practice, she takes pride in helping patients utilize their insurance coverage to their best interests. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed while they are with us.
Outside the practice, Theresa is most often at the lake enjoying family time with her husband Ron, four grown children, and six grandchildren. She enjoys sewing, woodworking, and repurposing her flea market finds.
Nichole has been in practice at Arch Dental since February 2003. Nichole is an extremely talented assistant who allows Dr. Harnish to do his absolute best work while focusing on keeping patients comfortable. She loves helping patients understand the latest technology and options related to their care. She loves getting to know the patients on a personal level and having that family-like atmosphere in the office.
When she’s not working in the office, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and their two children, Emerson and Avery. In her free time, she loves to read, scrapbook, or find anything to organize in the house. She loves going to sporting events her children are in and spending time at that lake.
Katie graduated in 2018 from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with an AAS in Dental Assisting. Katie joined the team at Arch Dental in August of that year.
Katie loves working chairside with a variety of restorative procedures, sharing in patients’ excitement over their new smile and attending continuing education courses to further develop her skills.
Outside of the office, Katie likes spending time at the pottery studio, both throwing on the wheel and hand sculpting various types of art. She also enjoys drawing, jigsaw puzzles and baking goodies with friends.
Michelle received her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND. She has worked as a Dental Hygienist in Fargo, ND with our practice since 1987. Michelle’s dedication, longevity, and caring personality has allowed her to establish a great rapport with multiple generations of patients. It’s no coincidence one of her favorite aspects of her job is getting to know her patients on a personal level while creating a caring and comfortable atmosphere. Michelle lives in Dilworth, MN, with her husband, Mike, and their children Christopher and Erica. Michelle is an avid sports fan and looks forward to attending all Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton sporting events, especially boys’ basketball, which her husband coaches. Michelle’s other interests include reading, sewing, crafting, spending time with her family, family vacations, and going to the lake with her family.
Nicole started with our practice in 2014 as a Dental Assistant, and after pursuing her degree in Dental Hygiene, she is back with our dental practice as a Dental Hygienist. She is a graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead.
Nicole is always excited to help patients see what modern dentistry can do for their smiles, overall health, and wellness. She warmly welcomes new patients into our dental home, and she has a passion for establishing long-lasting relationships with her patients by listening to their wants and desires for their oral health. Nicole’s favorite part of our New Patient Experience is taking them through a tour of their own mouth using high-quality digital photography and co-creating a plan (with the patient) for them to reach the optimum level of oral health that they desire!
She recently married her high school sweetheart, Chris and together they enjoy traveling, spending time in Park Rapids on the lake with family, and taking their black lab, Cali on long walks.

Sarah is from California and joined the practice in the Spring of 2019. She moved to Fargo to be closer to her boyfriend and puppy. Sarah is a dental hygienist; she received her Bachelors of Science degree from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California. You will find Sarah at our reception area with Theresa, welcoming you with a smile, or providing care in one of our hygiene rooms. Sarah’s favorite part of her job is helping people. Whether helping plan treatment and dental care investments, or finding tools and knowledge to empower individuals to give themselves their best care. No matter the size of your unique challenges, she is always happy to learn along with you to find solutions. Sarah also enjoys spending time outdoors exploring new areas with her dog and boyfriend during the warm months. During the cold months, she likes trying new restaurants and attending festive Fargo events.
