Practice Administrator
The best part of her job is being hands-on in multiple aspects of the practice. She enjoys guiding patients through their visits, helping with future appointments, and handling dental claims to ensure they receive the maximum benefits. Her ability to adapt to changing situations makes her a valuable part of the team, always eager to learn and grow.
Originally from Moorhead, Minnesota, Veronica recently returned to the FM area after spending six wonderful years in San Antonio, Texas. She and her husband, Aaron, have five children—Eliana, Elijah, Julian, Josiah, and Aaron Jr.—and love embracing the energy and excitement of their busy household.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys reading poetry, taking nature walks, and spending time near the water. Whether at the lake or by the ocean, she always finds peace by the shore. One item on her bucket list is taking a scenic train ride from the upper Midwest to Washington State, traveling through the mountains, and enjoying the breathtaking views.
Dental Assistant
With a hands-on learning style, Nichole was drawn to dentistry early on, inspired by a close friend who worked as a dental assistant. She thrives in the fast-paced office environment, where no two days are the same. Her favorite part of the job is always staying busy and engaged, ensuring patients and her team have the best experience possible.
Nichole is a natural leader when it comes to introducing new systems or techniques in the office. She loves helping her team get excited about new opportunities and takes pride in guiding and training coworkers so they can succeed with confidence.
Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, spending quality time with her family, and cheering on her kids in their favorite activities. One important fact about Nichole? You definitely don’t want to talk to her before she’s had her coffee!
Dental Hygienist
Passionate about patient care, Nicole loves helping people feel empowered to take charge of their overall health, starting with their oral health. She values building strong relationships with her patients and believes that honesty is the foundation of great care. Her comprehensive and transparent approach ensures patients feel informed and confident in their dental journey.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time at the lake with her family. She also has a knack for organizing and planning, always looking for new ways to bring structure and creativity into her daily life.
Dental Hygienist
Her passion for dentistry began at a young age after many orthodontic visits, where she experienced firsthand the confidence that comes from a transformed smile. Now, she loves helping patients achieve their own oral health goals and feel great about their smiles. With a positive attitude and a flexible approach, she thrives in the ever-changing environment of the dental office, always ready to support both patients and her team.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, taking workout classes, and hunting for the best latte in town. She also loves going on daily walks with her husband and Winston, which is always the highlight of her day.
At the top of her bucket list? Traveling to Italy and Greece to experience their rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and, of course, amazing food!
Dental Hygienist
The most rewarding part of her job is getting to know her patients, advocating for their needs, and celebrating their successes. She brings a positive attitude and a patient-centered approach to the office, always striving to make others feel valued and understood.
Outside the office, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband, Roberto, and their two young boys, Gus and Leo. She also loves rock-hounding, thrifting, and trying new recipes. An interesting fact about her is that her husband is Brazilian, so their family speaks Portuguese, and they love visiting Brazil whenever possible.
One of her favorite quotes is: “People will forget what you said, but will never forget how you made them feel.”
