Nichole has been in practice at Arch Dental since February 2003. Nichole is an extremely talented assistant who allows Dr. Harnish to do his absolute best work while focusing on keeping patients comfortable. She loves helping patients understand the latest technology and options related to their care. She loves getting to know the patients on a personal level and having that family-like atmosphere in the office.

When she’s not working in the office, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and their two children, Emerson and Avery. In her free time, she loves to read, scrapbook, or find anything to organize in the house. She loves going to sporting events her children are in and spending time at that lake.

Nicole started with our practice in 2014 as a Dental Assistant, and after pursuing her degree in Dental Hygiene, she is back with our dental practice as a Dental Hygienist. She is a graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead.

Nicole is always excited to help patients see what modern dentistry can do for their smiles, overall health, and wellness. She warmly welcomes new patients into our dental home, and she has a passion for establishing long-lasting relationships with her patients by listening to their wants and desires for their oral health. Nicole’s favorite part of our New Patient Experience is taking them through a tour of their own mouth using high-quality digital photography and co-creating a plan (with the patient) for them to reach the optimum level of oral health that they desire!

She recently married her high school sweetheart, Chris and together they enjoy traveling, spending time in Park Rapids on the lake with family, and taking their black lab, Cali on long walks.

Sarah is from California and joined the practice in the Spring of 2019. She moved to Fargo to be closer to her boyfriend and puppy. Sarah is a dental hygienist; she received her Bachelors of Science degree from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California. You will find Sarah at our reception area with Theresa, welcoming you with a smile, or providing care in one of our hygiene rooms. Sarah’s favorite part of her job is helping people. Whether helping plan treatment and dental care investments, or finding tools and knowledge to empower individuals to give themselves their best care. No matter the size of your unique challenges, she is always happy to learn along with you to find solutions. Sarah also enjoys spending time outdoors exploring new areas with her dog and boyfriend during the warm months. During the cold months, she likes trying new restaurants and attending festive Fargo events.
